At Nurse to Hired, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and career support services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Coaching Sessions Live 1:1:

Need to reschedule? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours ahead, and we’ll take care of it at no extra charge. Limit of 2 reschedules.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
2. Resume & Document Review Services:

Because of the time and effort put into customizing your materials, all sales are final once work has begun.

If you are not satisfied with the final product, we offer one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
3. Digital Products (Downloadable guides, templates, etc.):

Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final.
4. Exceptions:

If there is an issue due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
